Hi, I'm on PC, in the Prestige track, and see no tier skip messages anywhere in the Battle Pass UI

Hi folks,
We’ve flagged this internally and are reviewing the reports.
Initial checks show that, for several accounts mentioned here, purchased tier skips are present in inventory. We’re currently clarifying how these are intended to be redeemed and whether there are any restrictions related to progression on the Prestige path.
To help narrow this down:
Do you see any menu option (perhaps within the Battle Pass screen) to manually redeem or apply your available tier skips?
If you think you’re affected, please also confirm:
- Platform
- Whether you’re on the main Battle Pass track or Prestige
- Whether any tier skips appear as available in the Battle Pass UI

Same here. Knew i wasn’t going to have time to finish the season battlepass because of bad redsec challenges. So i bought skips to finish the pass and get the last coins to get the next season battle pass. The 450 coins are gone from my account and have not been given the tier skips i paid for. EA help basically said all they can do is pass the information on to the dev team as it is a bug in their game/store, this is annoying as their battlepass expires tomorrow (they should never expire like Helldiver or Halo).

Same for me. EA Help can’t help. Spent equivalent 800 coins and received no benefit. I just want a refund!

I purchased 3x battlepass tier skips (10). It skips to tier 100 but after that it did not skip the prestige path and thats why my 1x 10 battlepass tier skip is gone for nothing and i didnt get the rewards.

I had this exact same problem. Bought BF coins to tier skip and nothing happened. 10 tier skip totally hooped on PC.

Had this issue too. Support won't be of any help to anyone. In the end, their recommendation is to read this forum and click like, and watch the twitter account. Seems like if you bought coins for the tier bundle, you're just out of that money and the coins. You can try and follow the other steps they gave me. Restart the game, restart console or PC, reactivate license, and play a full round of MP. If that doesn't work, then they just say to watch Twitter and hopefully it will be addressed if these forums get enough votes for them to care.

The same thing happened to me! I bought the 5-tier skip bundle, and it did not work. My coins are gone, and I talked to 3 different "customer help reps" through the online chat, and they did not/could not help. I have never complained online like this before, but it is extremely infuriating.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I bought two 5x skips and none of them worked.
