Thanks for sharing this. Could you also try disabling any third-party overlays? They can cause issues like this. 

A couple of examples to check:

  • Discord 
  • Steam 
  • NVIDIA GeForce Experience / AMD Adrenalin 
  • MSI Afterburner / RivaTuner

This is just to check if this is related to any of the programs running in the background.
