Random enlarged teammate icons

With the new update, there has been instances of teammate icons being randomly enlarged. I feel like this also ties in with the hit markers and damage indicators also being scaled up.

Large blue teammate dot, versus the normal small dots you see elsewhere.

There's no pattern that I noticed with these larger icons, they appear on random teammates throughout the match.
