Random objects appearing on the screen when playing

When playing the new maps and looking up or down or being a sniper zoomed in, I will see objects appear that are not normal to the game. They often appear as meshes that will hide and show when looking up and down at random. This causes the game experience to be terrible for me as I can't see anyone I am shooting at.
