RedSec-BR-Quads-World-Physics- Item fell through and was lost

Had found a mobile redeploy I was trying to give to a teammate, they thought they picked it up, but actually they didn't and the item fell through the map. As we were on the second floor I went to check the floor beneath where it dropped from and it didn't stay where it was able to be picked up. So we lost the mobile redeploy completely.

Not sure if this is a console problem too, but I am on a high-end PC with excellent connection (video displays connectivity -- upper right). Start video at the 20 second mark and the next 23 seconds show the issue (apologies I couldn't cut it shorter).

1.) Load game

2.) Go to BR Quads

3.) Squad up

4.) Head to Ground Zero

5.) Go to building closer to Defense Nexus but near the redeploy

6.) Head to second floor

7.) Once up the stairs turn right

8.) Facing the wall across from you walk toward it

9.) Look down

10.) Drop item

11.) Go to floor beneath where you're standing

12.) Observe item falls through map
