Respawning Map Performance Lag?

I play on PC:

Has anyone noticed since Season 3 that there is some performance issues with the map when you respawn? Sometimes there is some lag for the letters to all show up on the points, and then when it does sometimes 2-3 seconds later it freezes for a quick second. Never did this before.
