Road to btf6 and beta rewards missing

so i played 2042 for the event months ago and the beta as well i just now got my new pc to play btf6 and saw in the message notifications that i have my rewards from the beta and the road event. however when i go check anything i basically have nothing somehow i have the green camo from twitch but nothing from the rewards from the 2042 specially the skins i worked so hard for i cant even equip them because they are locked for some reason

my rewards are all locked still despite in-game mail in BF6 stating I should have access to my rewards. 

is there any fix or do i just have to wait or something? ive already reinstalled my game like 3 times and played a couple of matches. Do i have to reach a certain level?
