Season 2 Battle Pass compensation for Phantom Edition is missing

Question: Has EA made an official statement yet, and where can I find it? (What exactly is the situation?)

Did EA really divide the affected players into three categories based on internal telemetry data? (This can be read in this topic)

So.. I, like many others who pre ordered the Phantom Edition on the EA App who experienced the initial outage, have not received the promised Season 2 full battle pass as compensation.

I did receive the promised XP tokens (after a considerable wait) after speaking to a few CS reps, it appears a large majority of them are completely clueless about the promised compensation. 

Does management really not pass this down the ranks or to the CS department so they can address the issue to those who have to speak with us through the support chat?

The last agent I spoke with, I think knew the issue but has been told to keep his mouth shut for the time being or he has no idea about the compensation.

 His response to my question about the reddit community post and in game mail was and I quote

"I can understand but i can not comment on this." 

After that he was quick to try and close the chat and end the case.

I feel EA really needs to address this issue to the community.

I dnt have my Battlepass EA :) how time do you need? 

It's been three days, and nothing has changed. I just need an answer. Have we been scammed again, or is this a technical issue that will be fixed over time? It's surprising that EA is keeping silent about the cause of the launch glitch and is shifting the blame to Dice. If this is a scam, then in the future I'll only buy products from third-party platforms. The EA store is closed to me. It's not about the money, but about the customer experience.

Late in Season 1 i´ve received the missing XP Boosts but no BF PRO Token.

Dont wanna spend 25 Euro for something which was promised to be compensated, but by not buying it immediatly is like wasting extra XP and rerolls on weekly tasks. So its a direct impact on the gameplay by not holding their promise...

Nothing for me either, so much for in a few hours!

i played the game after 6 hours of waiting time doesnt matter for them they just say you are not eligible

they said you already got 2xp for this compensation and you are not eligible i wonder who is eligible for that because i couldnt play the game 6 hours at launch and i was already pre ordered phantom edition via ea app

I thought I was eligible for this compensation, but apparently if you did not play the game on day 1 (but did preorder the phantom edition) you are not eligible for the season 2 battlepass compensation.   fml

Still waiting for compensation.
