Season 2 Purchase Not Activating / Rewards Missing

Purchased season 2 pro and have recieved nothing from the auto unlocks or BFcoins or any of the included bonus skins from the pro level pass on ps store which was the point of purchase. What's going ...

Purchased BFPro which comes with the battle pass, but when you pull up your xp tokens in the xp modifiers section the +10% is not activated. Also under BFPro in the battle pass screen it says we are supposed to get a 15% xp bonus also, but that's not even listed under xp modifiers.
