Setting "Zoom Sensitivity Coeffient" has no effect

The Settings "Zoom Sensitivity Coeffient" under the vehicle settings tab has no effect. 

With Season 2 the tank zoom has been changed, making it extremly slow when zoomed in. From my understanding this new setting is supposed to adress that, but it has no effect. Also it being able to go to 0 makes no sense either if its a coefficient...

I stopped playing BF6 since the update because I cannot aim with vehicles anymore.

Also, the setting "Vehicle Mouse Aim Sensitivity" seems to be duplicated, but changing the one in the vehicles subsetting menu seems to double the setting in the main settings menu?
