Settings not being saved

I will repost what i posted in technical issues as well as this is completely unacceptable.

My settings and my progress in the singleplayer campaign are not being saved. there is no BF6 folder in my documents where it should be and no settings or progress is being saved. I have all admin rights, no windows security issues. I have added the BF6.exe as a security exclusion in windows security to try to make it work but nothing helps. Please fix this as it is unacceptable. I have to redo all my settings every time i get into a match and i cant even play the singleplayer because it wont save.
