Significcant performance loss after Patch 1.1.2.0

Windows 11

OS Build 26200.7171

Windows Version 25H2

GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Suprim X 10G

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D

RAM: 32GB @3600Mhz (“XMP” is enabled)

Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro

SSD 1TB NVME M.2 1TB

Since the latest patch/update 1.1.2.0 for Battlefield 6 from the 17 of November I noticed a significant drop in overall performance.

Before the update my game ran around 130-180fps – depending on the situation happening in game and map.

After the recent update I’m experiencing fps drops down to 70fps! And sudden fps drops between 140 and 100 – it’s all over the place.

I tried multiple ingame settings, different GPU drivers, and completely reinstalling the game – nothing worked.

On many occasions I’ve read, that many other people have experienced similar issues, while others don’t.

As of now I have tried the following Nvidia drivers:

581.94

581.57

581.42

580.81

Windows Settings:

Windows Game Mode:                                            ENABLED

Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling:     ON

REBAR:                                                                               Not enabled

I’m using the following settings for Battlefield 6:

WorldRender.TransparencyShadowmapsEnable 0
