SL9 Not Unlocking Despite “Close Quarters 2” Task Being Completed

I knocked out the "Close Quarters 2" assignment days ago, but the SL9 is still grayed-out in my load-out. This has been bugging me for a whole week now,I've rebooted the game a ton of times, swapped...

Not quite sure the specific requirement that unlocked it for me since it's apparently still bugged, or if it was just luck, but I played another few games with the SCW after fully completing the challenge, and the SL9 suddenly unlocked.
