SL9 Not Unlocking Despite “Close Quarters 2” Task Being Completed

I knocked out the "Close Quarters 2" assignment days ago, but the SL9 is still grayed-out in my load-out. This has been bugging me for a whole week now,I've rebooted the game a ton of times, swapped...

Having same exact issue i made around 7/8 of quest before update and after update i receive mark that i completed quest. But no weapon, according to previous message i also played several times with SCW doing around 36 kills per match but havent "unlocked" it yet.
