SL9 Not Unlocking Despite “Close Quarters 2” Task Being Completed

I knocked out the "Close Quarters 2" assignment days ago, but the SL9 is still grayed-out in my load-out. This has been bugging me for a whole week now,I've rebooted the game a ton of times, swapped...

Me too!  I have tried shutting down my PS5 and switched classes from assault to support, but still no unlock on the SL9.  I've also played quite a few more games with the SCW10, which is the SMG that I completed the challenges with, but it's still grayed out with a lock on it. WTH???
