SL9 Not Unlocking Despite “Close Quarters 2” Task Being Completed

I knocked out the "Close Quarters 2" assignment days ago, but the SL9 is still grayed-out in my load-out.

This has been bugging me for a whole week now,I've rebooted the game a ton of times, swapped servers—no luck.

Any chance you can flip the unlock switch on your end or let me know when a fix is coming?
