Small modes (CQB) constantly say populating with bots but they never join

Now after the portal update, i load into a CQB game, if im the first one or the 13th one, it’s all the same. The game CONSTANTLY says “populating with bots” but they just never join.

I am from South Africa and it seems like this is a problem in small regions. 

Eventually you’ll see a few bots on your team but they never get full with them. those bots eventually get removed because of players joining but then the bots never fill up the lobby and you’re stuck there with 10/16 real players all waiting for 20 mins and nothing happens. you’ll get to the 15/16 and you’re so close just for everyone to leave after 10 mins because no bot actually populated that last spot. (this is very rare that it even goes past like 12/16 real players now after the update)

Then heres the worst part, I then leave that lobby then load into another of the same mode to then see 10/16 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PEOPLE all waiting the exact same way as i did, constantly saying ‘populating with bots’ and nothing happening. why arent they loading into the same game and filling that 16/16???? this isnt a problem for only my lobbies every few attempts.  its every lobby in the region. none of them work. its not a player count problem. i load into full conquest lobbies really fast. and as you can see i said there are others also waiting in these cqb lobbies.

My fear is that they will take so long to fix this, that people will eventually realise that cqb is unplayable and wont ever touch it again for then EA to fix the mode but the damage was done and its too late. no one ever thinks about trying it. the same way Ubisoft handled Rainbow 6 Siege here in South africa. kill the servers with botting here so it forces everyone to move to EU. to then fix the servers here but its too late and no one knows they work again. 

EA please i beg fix it.
