Sniper rifle sway disappears but applies to bullet.

Standing in the firing range as engineer, holding the basic sniper rifle, scope sway disappears in 1-2 minutes, causing lot's of missed shots.

what happens:

• 2:13 weapon sway visually stops
• 2:55 bullet misses due to sway bug
• 3:17 i score a headshot while aiming at the groin
• 3:24 bullet ghosting and another groin HS
• 4:12 headshot in the chest
• 4:27 same
• 5:45 ghosting due sway
• 6:00 chest headshot
• 6:57 ghost bullet

also how do you not have a "game mechanic" tag? where would you put this?
