Spawn protection at HQ

There needs to be implemented a spawn protection for ur own vehicles at HQ. The heli spawn killing etc needs to be put to and end. On small maps where peak, bridge etc, there is just no playing heli at all because of the lack of spawn protection right now. This needs an urgent fix.

i played at least 4 games where the opposing team was able to drop a spawn beacon from a helicopter into the enemy HQ and was able to spawn from there without drying. On of those who was doing it said that it is a bug with in the game that was mention on a web site that provides hacks. this needs to be look into
