Squad leader change, and locked squad, unlocked after start next map

I playing with my friends and every map squad leader changed, teammate need to open menu and return leader to me back.

It's ANNOYING.

We are playing in squad with 3 players and don't want to see another player in our squad, but every map change, squad that was locked became unlocked and game add another player to our squad. Every time me need to kick player from squad or if leader change to him, need to create another squad.

It's ANNOYING.

Will DICE do something with this?

P.S. I think it's not acceptable. This thing persist in BF2042 and after 4 years don't change. And now it's problem in BF6.
