Squad Not Deploying With Me

When deploying into a new battle royale match, there's times where my squad wont be pushed into the match with me.

Repro Steps:
1)Deploy into Redsec with a squad(Might take multiple attempts) (this can work with a squad of 2 or 4)
2)Observe the team members in your squad.

Expected behavior: Users should deploy with their squad at all times, if this not possible to do, the squad leader should not be able to queue until the secondary users are ready.
