SS26 Incendiary Shotgun – Challenge Completed but Still Locked

Hello,
I have an issue with the SS26 incendiary shotgun in Battlefield 6.
I’ve completed the Assault/Badge challenge that is required to unlock this gadget — the assignment shows as “Completed”, but the SS26 remains locked in my loadout.

I can see the SS26 icon in the gadget list, but it has a lock symbol and cannot be equipped.
I’ve already tried restarting the game and switching classes, but the issue persists.

Here’s what I can confirm:

Platform: Xbox Series X

Class: Assault

Assignment: Assault Expert / Badge Completed

The problem: SS26 remains locked despite the challenge being marked as completed

Could you please check if this is a known bug and let me know if there’s a workaround or if it will be fixed in an upcoming up
