Re: My Profile Stats are Blank

This same exact thing happened to me today as well. I hop back on the game after 4 weeks and my stats are all wiped and re unlocking themselves. Rank and weapon unlocks remain, but dog tags & stats have been wiped.

I could build up my profile card again, but thats it-  all the rest are 0.
Weapons and upgrades etc are fine, so are the challenges and whatnot....

Same thing happened to me. I noticed when I was achieving milestones for distance I know I have achieved before. Proudly displaying my 933m marksman tag only to go back and notice that my profile is now blank. I'm only lvl 244 now I'm 0?

Just logged in. Last played about a week ago. Same thing happened to me.... Xbox Series X.

Update: After playing for a few hours after posting, eventually everything corrected itself. 

Same exact thing happened to me after my last match. Got a career high of 6 objectives captured and a long shot of 80 meters. Went to my stats page, and everything except my level is wiped (no dog tags unlocked or other player card attributes either). Pretty annoying bug.

Same, it just happened while I was playing (PS5). Only the level and challenges keep progressing but the stats. I also noticed the profile tab loads longer so probably something server related. And tracker.gg doesn’t update my data too

I redid my player card, closed the games out and got back on to it reset again. From what I saw on Reddit it’s happening to a lot of players.

I think this may be a global problem, and across all platforms too.

I know I'm in the club on PC.

And now I wonder what they are going to do with the stats we are collecting? Drop them on the floor and re-load our old ones? I got another flight dispatcher accolade today as a sniper, and those are not easy...hate to lose it.  :/

This happened to me today. I want my account back the way it was. Why did this even happen??

Over 400h of gameplay got reset just like that.

I really hope that this is just another UI bug and that the stats can be restored somehow.

Considering to uninstall this waste of memory after 900h of playtime.

This happens when you outsource development and testing to AI lol

Same issue here on PC. Stats to 0 and still cannot clear progression notifications.

wait just now? did you restart your game and boom or did it pull the "not signed in" and made you re-sign in

Is it safe to play the game now, without almost everything going to zero?

Same thing happened to me just now I tried resetting and everything and it’s still there 😑😑😑
