Still haven't received Road to Battlefield 6 & Open Beta rewards.

I completed the "Road to Battlefield" free battle pass in Battlefield 2042 and all the challenges in the Battlefield 6 open beta but I cannot equip or select any of the rewards and they're all still locked. I even received two messages through the in-game mail system congratulating me and saying I have rewards available.

Also, I've already contacted EA Support and the support agent pretty much said "Thanks for contacting us and sorry about the inconvenience but there's nothing we can do support-side, make a post here on the forums and hope your issue gets fixed in the next patch." So, yeah DICE, it would be nice if I could use my rewards that I spent all my time and energy towards. I've also provided screenshots as proof. I play on PS5.

Same issue here, and support does NOTHING about it other than “we will look into it and have fun on forums”. EA please fix this cause we spent time and money on this.

Same, sent a screenshot of my rewards page but they won't grant us the rewards we earned

New update today, still can't access any of the rewards I earned. EA and DICE are a joke.

Same here I got the messages when downloaded redsec in November but couldn't claim them and no items were in the messages I also completed every challenges and road to battlefield 6 and when December 1st hit the messages disappeared and I also contacted EA help and now I own bf6
