I also had this same problem when I bought 2 packs myself . I bought the pack with the pickaxe so I wouldn’t have to grind the whole pickaxe out middle of the holidays and it’s like I never bought the pickaxe but I have the pickaxe charm ? It’s very annoying they need to fix all the winter stuff people bought that aren’t able to use
Oddly the first time it happened for me was using the currency to do the last challenge for the pickaxe as heals in heat zones were not tracking.
I can't for love nor money see a combination of packs that would cost 5250 exactly nor do I have other unlocks barring the Bestial Trapper pack. I feel like if the store is stealing money it should be paused at least. especially if it requires player led reporting as it could disproportionately affect neurodiverse players who wouldn't have the confidence to report the bugs.
