Stuck 'dead' under map in RedSec

Was presented with this view prior to the helo drop sequence at the start of the round. It said I was dead to my group, and I didn't get the first free respawn you usually get. They tried to respawn me at a beacon, but they could not. Just stuck in in kinda dead limbo for the whole game
