Stuck in end of round summary screen. Next round doesn't load.

XBOX Series X. I own the base game. 

I've had this issue since day 1. The end of round happens, the summary screen comes up. It then auto plays through the summaries and then just sits. 

This happens regardless of;

1. Whether or not I've pressed X (or whatever the button is) to stay with squad.
2. I am squad leader or not.
3. I leave the control pad alone and let it play through the summaries.
4. I manually jump about (usually to the last tab/menu/summary to see what progress I've made in the challenges menu).
5. I press "A" to continue or not.
6. Sometimes when I press A, I hear the sound effect/music for it progressing to the loading screen, but nothing changes. I can sit there for minutes so it's not like it's actually loading up but just not showing me/updating my screen.
7. I've heard the next round begin (this is sperate to point 6) a couple of times but I'm still in the previous end of round menu.
8. Whether I'm in a squad with friends or not. Although it does seem to be more frequent when I'm in a squad with friends. 

The only "fix" I've found is to leave the game. When I do this, there is no rejoin option. Despite having friends in my squad (which I'm still in at this point) I cannot see any way to rejoin the round. I have to go via the Xbox menu to then join my friend, usually resulting in being in a queue that never goes down. 

So ultimately, this bug is causing me and my friends to have to repeatedly quit rounds/games then either manually rejoin and hope there is no queue. Or we all have to quit, we all have to leave the squad, then we all have to rejoin the squad before then finding another new game.

It's so bad that I've pretty much given up now. When it happens I just switch my Xbox off now. I gave up PC gaming years ago because of crap like this, I pay a premium for a console that should just work and not have these daft issues. It's a shame because I love the game and have played the bf franchise since Vietnam.

Please fix it, or give me feedback that will reduce/troubleshoot it. I literally only have my Xbox to play bf6. It's the sole reason I kept hold of it after the disaster that was 2042.
