Stuck in loadout screen

About 40% of the time I get stuck on loadout screen and not get into a new match. This happens pretty much only when playing in a party. Only 1 other guy in party who is the leader. He goes to the new map and I'm stuck on the loadout screen. It just says that I have 0 seconds left of the loadout screen

Not sure if this happens because of looking at the progress tab but it seems to happen almost exclusively then.

Once it happened so that when we went back to menu(because of this bug) and I was looking at challenges I didn't get into the next game either.
