Stuck in lobbies after a game

I play on Xbox. When playing with others cross platform in my friends list I seem to be the only one that gets stuck in the lobby screen or when loading into the next game after seeing stats from the previous game. It is easily seen when waiting for the match to start and shows the party icons at the bottom overlapping some text. In short when playing with friends I can never seem to play matches back to back. We always have to back out and pick me up.

The only way to fix this is to have the entire party back out and “pick me back up” then start searching for a new match. This gets annoying after the first 3-4 times.

i have uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled but no luck.
