I am stuck in the menu and unable to get out of it. The chat window is up and I can't close it. I cannot click out of it or on my loadouts, I cannot even quit the match if I wanted to. I can Ctrl+Esc and have no problems with my mouse and keyboard outside of the game, but when I click back into the game, I am unable to do anything and am stuck.

Can I confirm if you’ve already tried adjusting any of your chat settings to see if that helps? You can also try resetting all settings and key bindings back to default. Ssometimes that resolves issues.
Additionally, please try the following steps:
1. Go to Settings > HUD > "Chat visibility" and test different options to see if they make any difference.2. Make sure to save your changes and check if the chat behaves as expected after each adjustment.
Let us know what happens after you try these steps, or if you’re still experiencing issues.
So I am pretty sure it was not anything to do with the chat settings. I was genuinely locked in the Esc Menu with the chat window up. I could not enter any characters or click on anything on the screen. I could see my teammates and overview of all the points still being captured and defended. I just couldn't do anything. Using Esc-Ctrl, I was able to get to the desktop and type and click with no issues. But when I would go back into the game, it was not letting me do anything. I had to close the entire game application and re-start the game to be able to play.
Community ManagerThanks for the additional info. Does it happen in every match and game mode for you? Could you also try swapping to borderless window or other screen settings just to see if that will make any difference?
Can you also verify the game files for any potential errors?
