Support Challenge 1

I'm not sure when this will get fixed but just adding this in case it gets more traction as someone who is pushing to get all the class elites. I've already completed both Assualt and Engineer and am moving to Support next. Currently I can't even get past the first challenge as the progress for healing does not track at all. I have tried multiple restarts, playing with defib and bag only and also some weird xbox overlay trick all of which did not work. I have gone through and complete whole games not recieving any progress towards this challenge and am hanging it up until some solution becomes viable or a fix is made that allows this progression to work. Any tips for how to do this challenge in real lobbies not bot or portal would be much appreicated.
