Support Class Elite Badge Visually Awarded, but it's Not Real

The Support Class Elite Badge is highlighted (not greyed out) on the Badges collection page and is shows 2/57 badges awards even though I should only have the Elite Recon badge (1/57). However, the support badge is not really awarded because I can't display it and it shows that there is still support class progress to be had which is true because there is still progress I need on the last bugged challenge involving the incendiary launcher not counting incendiary damage towards the damage counter (separate issue).
