The game closes without error.

The game crashes without errors with the XMP policy and Intel Turbo Boost enabled. EA support's solution is to disable these two settings. Don't you want to fix the game? Why in 2026 should I have to do this for just one game when I don't have this problem with any other game? What did I pay for if the product doesn't meet basic stability criteria? When will you fix this problem?

Performance vs. Stability is a longstanding tradeoff. Unfortunately, PCs are sold on high numbers in the spec sheet, often to the detriment of stability. If your RAM/CPU/GPU are too highly clocked, you will see stability issues. Usually, a small amount of declocking in the right component can dramatically increase stability. Thanks for posting.

I'm only encountering this problem with your game. So, it's not a PC issue, but a specific one from your developers, who can't optimize the game for overclocked system components. And yet, they continue to do nothing about it. Isn't that true?
