Training path abilities not working/activating

It happens to me all the time. I want my buffed repair torch, and it never activates half the time now.

PC user here. the class abilities worked for me during beta but not a single time since release

Impossible to use the class abilities, there is no key bound to it and even if there was, there is no settings to bind it through.

For 50h hours of gameplay, mostly on assault, I wasn't able to use an active ability even once. Also, the extra grenade perk doesn't work either. And a mounted grenade launcher has 1 grenade, while using it as a separate gadget, it has 2 grenades

Same issue on PC, I haven't been able to use an active ability in over 80 hours. 

How is this so broken on PC and no-one even notices it?  I want to use my Recon UAV!!

Still bugged for me on PC, even went into Steam Library to verify files which didn't help.
