Training path bonuses don't seem to be working. On engineer, the anti armor path does not grant the extra rockets, and the breacher path for assault does not grant the extra grenades. Active abilities also seem to not be working

Agreed - I experience the same issue!
Well the extra rockets for the engineer work but u need a friendly support player that refils ur rockets every time u spawn from 3 to 5 ...
kinda stupid if u ask me ...
