Twitch Drops missing from inventory

Twitch items from Beta not showing in inventory. They show as rewards in messages but cannot find them to equip in game. 

The below are not showing: 

Imperial Soldier Skin

Shattered Vehicle Skin

Landslide Soldier Skin

Mimic Weapons Package

Must I log a ticket for this?
