Unable to shoot or aim

after the recent new season started I am having a bug preventing me from shooting. at launch the game I can hop into gun range and have the ability to shoot and aim just fine. but after joining the first match, with in 3 second of starting a match I can shoot and aim and then suddenly shooting and aiming function stop working completely. I am unable to use the shooting or aiming function in any mode, including the gun range after the bug start.
