Lack of communication and direct acknowledgement of this issue is absurd and confounding. Your customers need to feel heard and be respected - yes it may take some extra time and effort to identify the issue - but the way this is being handled doesn't lend itself to giving this company benefit of the doubt and continuing to play and not reviewing this game negatively.
How about some basic consideration of the hours and actions people performed to try to complete these challenges that were often were way too convoluted and time consuming (often not even registering) then you perform a fix that broke the system for plenty including myself.
Acknowledging this would go a long way. Things happen. But this needs to be acknowledged in an official and high visibly capacity! Anyone saying this worked after a map completion or other item is an outlier and it shouldn't be taken seriously.
