Urgent attention: Difficulty finding matches on native servers

As a player who invests time and dedication into this game, I feel deep frustration and discouragement regarding the current state of ranked mode in our region (South America). It is unacceptable that we are treated as a second-class community, with our native servers seemingly being disabled outside of peak hours.

It is revolting to spend 15, 20 minutes or more in a ranked queue without being able to find a match in our region, only to then be forced to play on servers in Europe or North America. Under these conditions, the game becomes unplayable. The high ping, rubberbanding, and frequent disconnects transform what should be a skill-based competition into a lottery of connection luck. It is heartbreaking to see members of my own squad, like 'I am Baiano', lose rank due to constant drops and technical failures, and not because they played poorly.

What hurts most is the perception of unequal treatment. While the vast majority of the SA community struggles to even play ranked, we see reports that content creators and top 10 players seem to have access to 24-hour servers. This destroys any trust we have in the competitive integrity and governance of the game.

We are not asking for anything impossible. We just want to be treated fairly and to have the possibility to compete on equal footing, playing in our own region, with fair ping. As it stands, the competitive experience for us is completely ruined.

Please release the SA servers, All Latinos want and have the right to play on the SA servers, Nao and it is fair that we play on the NA server to be a SUPER SERVER

Guys, please help us, we'd like to have fun playing the game like the Americans, with a decent ping and competitive gameplay. We Brazilians are at a disadvantage in the game. Please look out for us. It's EA's responsibility to provide the basics so that the game is playable for us in Brazil.

Fully supporting this. The current state of SA ranked queues is completely unsustainable for a competitive mode. Disabling local servers outside of peak hours (6 PM - 1 AM) is forcing a highly dedicated player base to either abandon ranked entirely or play with unplayable pings (150ms+) and constant rubberbanding on NA/EU servers. If the goal is to keep the competitive scene alive across all regions, we need 24/7 server availability. Upvoted for visibility, this needs urgent dev attention.

There are many players in South America who play at different times due to work schedules, studies, and personal routines. Limiting server availability outside peak hours greatly affects the experience of dedicated players who continue supporting the game.

I would like to express my concern regarding the difficulty many Brazilian and Latin American players have been facing in finding servers at suitable times. Currently, South American servers are only available after 6 PM, forcing a large part of our community to play on NA servers. In addition, I would like to share a suggestion regarding the game modes. I believe it would be very beneficial if the normal squad mode were turned into a ranked mode, allowing players to pursue a more competitive progression. In this way, the solo and duo modes could remain casual, offering a more relaxed experience. Thus, we would have a clearer distinction between those who seek ranking and those who prefer a more casual play.

Waiting 6 to 12 minutes in a queue to play with over 150 ping is frustrating, making matches completely unfair due to lag. The lack of dedicated servers in South America negatively impacts the player experience, especially in the competitive scene.

With such a large player base in Brazil, it is crucial to activate SA servers. This would not only improve connectivity and reduce latency but also increase community engagement and make local tournaments feasible.

I urge EA to consider this demand to ensure a fairer and more enjoyable gaming experience for everyone.

I would like to echo what a large portion of the South American community is currently facing in BF6 Redsec's ranked mode. Right now, the competitive experience in our region is completely unsustainable due to infrastructure decisions that seem to completely ignore our player base.

Here are the main issues destroying Ranked in SA:

- Servers disabled outside peak hours: Everything indicates that local servers are turned off outside the 6 PM to 1 AM window. Outside of these hours, queue times easily exceed 15 to 20 minutes, forcing the community to either give up on the mode entirely or migrate to casual playlists.

- Unplayable ping and unfair rank loss: When matchmaking finally finds a ranked match, we are thrown into North American (NA) or European (EU) servers. Playing competitively with 150ms+ ping, rubberbanding, and constant instability is impossible. The mode has turned into a connection lottery. I have friends in my own squad who were demoted in rank purely because they suffered consecutive server disconnects, not due to a lack of skill.

- Perception of privilege and inequality: It is extremely frustrating to see reports that content creators and Top 10 players are able to play for almost 20 hours straight, while the rest of the SA community can't even get into a single match due to the lack of local servers. This unequal treatment destroys any trust in the game's competitive integrity.

We are not asking for the impossible. The Brazilian and Latin American community is massive and deeply dedicated. We don't mind waiting a bit longer in queue, as long as the match takes place on a server in our own region, ensuring a fair environment and stable ping for everyone.

We need SA servers active 24/7 and urgent attention from the dev team to save the competitive scene in our region.

Battlefield ranked in South America is becoming unplayable, and the SA community urgently needs answers from DICE.

Since ranked launched, SA players have been facing massive queue times, often exceeding 5, 10, or even 15 minutes, while casual matches are found almost instantly. This creates the impression that local ranked servers are either heavily limited or unavailable outside peak hours.

The result is devastating for competitive integrity:

• SA players are constantly being placed into NA/EU servers
  • Extremely high ping makes gunfights inconsistent and unfair
  • Rubberbanding, lag spikes, and packet loss happen frequently
  • Disconnects are causing players to lose RP and get unfairly demoted
  • Many players are abandoning ranked entirely because the experience is simply unplayable

One member of our squad, “I am Baiano,” was repeatedly disconnected from ranked matches and ended up losing rank because of server instability. This should NEVER happen in a competitive mode.

What makes the situation even worse is the growing perception of unfair treatment. While regular SA players struggle to even find a local match, there are reports of certain content creators and top players having access to stable servers and being able to grind ranked for 15–20 hours straight.

Competitive mode only works when ALL regions are treated equally.

We are not asking for instant queues. We are asking for FAIR MATCHES on OUR OWN REGION SERVERS.

South America deserves:
• 24/7 active ranked servers
• Stable matchmaking in native regions
• Proper ping priority for SA players
• Protection against RP loss caused by disconnects and server instability
• Transparency from DICE regarding server allocation and matchmaking

Please address this situation before ranked in South America completely dies.
