This is unacceptable. I spent 3-4 hours building a custom server on the Portal website, and after your last update, the game completely fails to recognize it. The "HOST" button is greyed out and the Game Client and Portal are NOT talking to each other.
My EA ID is yairsabag (YouTube: Yair50S). I am reporting a critical synchronization failure between the Portal Website and the Battlefield Game Client. This is not a "user error"—it is a broken link in your system.
I demand that you take this case seriously for the following reasons:
1. Unfair Discrimination: My friends can host servers without issues, but my account is completely locked out. The "HOST" button is greyed out even though my server is ready on the Portal site.
2. Wasted Effort: I spent 4 hours building this server. Your latest update broke the communication between the Portal and the Battle Feed. They are NOT "talking" to each other on my account.
3. Channel Impact: As a YouTuber, this bug is directly hurting my views and my community. My subscribers are waiting for this server, and I have no answers for them because of your technical failure.
4. Responsibility: It is unacceptable to release an update that breaks core features. I have reinstalled 40 times. The problem is on YOUR side.
I need a manual account refresh or a senior technician to fix this sync bug immediately. I expect all updates regarding this fix to be sent ONLY to my email.

I demand a manual update/refresh for my specific account. Your latest Battlefield update broke the communication with the Portal. It is unacceptable to release updates that stop creators from hosting servers. Before you release a Battlefield update, you MUST ensure the Portal is updated and synced as well.
