Vehicle Shudder/glitching on damaged ground

If you are in a tank or ifv and the ground around you becomes damaged or bombed the vehicle will act like it's struggling to balance on it and will constantly shudder and move. It makes aiming any weapon impossible. And you have to try and make small movements with the vehicle to try and find a piece of terrain that will not glitch the vehicle around. It's like the vehicle is being constantly shaken around while there is no movement input from the controller or mouse and keyboard.

Repair stations attract a lot of bombs etc on the map and while you're waiting for resupply it's really difficult to aim at anything that attacks you the cross hair constantly moves and judders.
