Vehicles don't destroy

So me and my team all attacked a armored truck the whole game with rocket after rocket mines it all it never blew up the tanks don't blow up whatever is going on is crazy it's shouldn't take 15 rockets at one time to blow up a vehicle and it still didn't explode something needs to be done
