Visuals overbrightened Lights excessive&unplayable. Downtown, Boutique district.

In the Downtown and Boutique district the picture glitches making the game unplayable, highlights and reflections become over brightened and saturated, looking the other direction make the screen go black. Looking towards the light creates loads of orbs and visual artefacts. I have had this issue for weeks now and it happens like 90% of the time. Playing on Playstation 5 Pro
