Weapon Inspect animation on controller is too sensitive

The Weapon Inspect animation where you use your right stick to move the gun around is incredibly sensitive on controller when compared to mouse and keyboard, the sensitivity of this action needs to be reduced when using a controller to be more in line with mouse input
