Weekly challenge falsely showing as completed (no points awarded)

One of the weekly challenges is showing as completed, despite me not having played at all yet (except for the gun range). No battle pass points have been awarded, so I'm unable to get those points now. It does however count towards the progress for unlocking the weekly bonus mission. Restarting the game does not fix it and I recall also having this happen once during Season 2. I'm fairly sure, it was a challenge I got after rerolling, so maybe that has something to do with it. I own the game directly through the EA app. Please fix!
