Windowed Borderless is a lie

When the game is set in windowed borderless normally a game will let you move the mouse cursor to another monitor without having to alt+tab but in this game windowed borderless is just full screen by another name. I watch YouTube or other streaming sites while playing games and its annoying that I have to alt+tab.
