Winter Offensive Battle Pass progress not completing

Any word on this? I got the same issue on the ps5 version of the game. I'm three points off from completing the event to unlock the pickaxe but its stuck. I do daylies and work on other things but the event stuff is completed. 

You just just have to keep working on weekly challenges. When you get battle pass XP you will also receive bonus battle pass XP which will work towards the pick.

Yeah none of that was happening sufficed to say. I'd complete any of the challenges and the progress was still stuck at less than 3 points of completing the entire thing.
