Winter Offensive Path Purchase Takes Coins but Unlocks Nothing (Update 1.1.3.0)
I spent battlefield coins on the new path and it took my credit twice and didn’t unlock anything for me it took 3150 coins off me

Can confirm that what TheExiled7 said works that if you paid for the tiers skips but they did not unlock, that playing a single round will unlock them after. Played one round of new ice lock mode and all battlepass tiers I paid for unlocked after not sure if completing one the challenges had anything to do with it. Still doesnt make up for the coins I wasted after the first purcahse.
This worked for me i completed a challenge for bonus path points and it unlocked all the tiers that I had paid for
