Winter Offensive Path Purchase Takes Coins but Unlocks Nothing (Update 1.1.3.0)

This morning 8 hours ago the community manager dev stated this issue with buying tier skips on winter offensive battle pass was fixed so i decided to get on just now to buy the 11 tiers with battle coins it costed 1650 and it registered and took the coins from my in game balance and i did not receive the rewards. I then decided with frustration to test it once more and buy just 1 tier skip for 150 battle coins it then took the coins from my in game balance again and yet I did not receive the rewards im now negative -1750 battlecoins for buying 12 battle pass tier skips for the winter offensive update and did not receive any of the rewards please help! I also contacted EA support live chat and they stated the issue was actually not fixed and many people are still facing the same issue and directed me to post my issue in the forums section and to wait 24-48 hours for my issue to hopefully be fixed if not contact live support again.
