Winter Offensive Path Purchase Takes Coins but Unlocks Nothing (Update 1.1.3.0)

I just had this problem

it took my battlecoins to i just spend 1200 battlecoins and it took it and i did not unlock it on Pc on steam

Spent 1200 coins to complete the rest of the path and got nothing in return..My coin total is 1200 lighter with nothing to show for it, I guess I'll have to come to the forums first before I waste anymore coins....Thanks EA....

Looks like it’s still not working? Just tried to skip and it took 300 coins. 

Honestly that’s what you get for giving them more money. You done bought the game. Be happy 

I had the same issue earlier on wouldn’t unlock after the first 1650 spent then it took it again so i am 1650 coins out of pocket as its been taken twice 

Same here tried 3 times and eventually unlocked but I'm down 3300 coins for the first 2 attempts...

Ok glad I’m not the only one, same issue with me. On PS5 ate 1800 coins (900 twice before I realized). 

anyone know how we create a ticket to get those coins refunded and loot processed? 

I had the same issue but all I did to fix it was to log out of EA completely and restart my system and then log back in to EA after a short wait...Then everything unlocked and showed up...

Same thing happened to me. I just left a post about it on here hoping for a solution/fix. 2700 coins lost because I didn't pay attention and did it twice.
